All services that include a report come with one round of written clarifications on its content within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Second review: if, after our report, you correct the documents and would like us to review them again, the second review of the same transaction costs 50% of the fee (draft €90, standard LC €150, complex LC €250, collection €100), provided you send it within 15 days of the report delivery.

Prices exclude VAT. Clients established in Spain will be charged the applicable VAT (21%). Transactions with companies in other EU countries holding a valid intra-Community VAT number, and with companies outside the EU, are not subject to Spanish VAT.

By uploading commercial and banking documentation (Letters of Credit, invoices, Bills of Lading, etc.) for analysis, you expressly accept and acknowledge the following terms:

— Exclusive Use: your documents will be processed solely to issue the technical audit report under the applicable banking regulations (UCP 600 / ISBP 821).
— Secure environment and confidential use of AI: document transmission and storage are encrypted. Information about your commercial operations will not be shared with third parties nor used to train public Artificial Intelligence models.
— File Deletion Policy: the original uploaded documentation will be permanently deleted from our active servers within a maximum of 60 days after the final report is delivered. We recommend always keeping your own copies of the originals.
— Legitimacy Declaration: you declare that you hold the necessary authorization to submit for analysis any documents containing data on third-party companies or parties involved in the international transaction.

How to send your documentation

Always send your documents in PDF format, legible and complete (all pages, including reverse sides with endorsements and stamps). You may send the documentation in a single PDF or in several. Attach the letter of credit (MT700) or the collection order separately. Maximum size: 15 MB per file and 40 MB per submission.
